How to install ChattyHiring in Greenhouse

To initiate the integration, you’ll need an activation key from a ChattyHiring account to connect both platforms. Here’s how to do it:

Sign up in ChattyHiring Platform (app.chattyhiring.com)
1. In the top right corner, select ‘Settings’ and click on ‘Integrations’.
2. In the Integrations section, select ‘Greenhouse Integration’.
3. Click on ‘Add API Key’.
4. Copy the generated API Key.

With the integration activated, you can now add a new AI Interview trigger to any job stage:

1. You can send an assessment to a candidate by selecting the Send Test Button next to the interview stage.

2. Select a test that you want to send. Test are available Jobs from ChattyHiring.

Note: Now ChattyHiring will send interview email or WhatsApp invitation to the candidates.

3. After it has been sent the interview status will be displayed in greenhouse recruiting

4. Once the candidate finishes the interview you will be able to see the results on Greenhouse and ChattyHiring

After candidates complete the interview, the results will appear on the main screen.
