How to integrate ChattyHiring in AshbyHQ

1. To initiate the integration, you’ll need an activation key from a ChattyHiring account to connect both platforms. Here’s how to do it:

Sign up in ChattyHiring Platform (app.chattyhiring.com)
1. In the top right corner, select ‘Settings’ and click on ‘Integrations’.
2. In the Integrations section, select ‘AshbyHQ Integration’.
3. Click on ‘Add API Key’.
4. Copy the generated API Key.

Once you have the API key from ChattyHiring please go to:
https://app.ashbyhq.com/admin/api/keys

Select chattyHiring and add the generated key from ChattyHiring. And select Ashby api key that you just created.

With the integration activated, you can now add a new AI Interview trigger to any job stage.

Or you can add it directly to candidates

Note: Now ChattyHiring will send interview email or WhatsApp invitation to the candidates.

3. After it has been sent the interview status will be displayed in AshbyHQ.

4. Once the candidate finishes the interview you will be able to see the results on Ashby and ChattyHiring

Optional: In the candidate pipeline view you can add columns with information that you receive from ChattyHiring for easier use

And that’s it.
After candidates complete the interview, the results will appear on the main screen and in the candidate pipeline view.
